The alleged contemnor paid all the outstanding amounts of maintenance along with arrears and litigation cost amounting to Rs.2,11,400/-, by issuing a cheque, bearing no.989379 of IDBI Bank, Brabourne Road Branch, satisfying the claim of the applicant/petitioner from 21st February, 2022 till 31st October, 2023.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt application, being CPAN 1009 of 2023, stands disposed of accordingly.
