Mr. Moloy Kumar Seal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners / Bank does not want to proceed with the lis and instruction has been given to Mr. P.C. Ghose of M/s. Sandersons and Morgans to withdraw the case.
When the petitioners are not willing to proceed with the case, I do not find any reason to stand in the way.
