The contempt application is taken up for consideration today when the learned advocates representing the applicant as well as alleged contemnors have jointly submitted that intra Court appeal preferred by the State respondents against the order dated 7th April, 2022 was dismissed by the Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 16th August, 2023.
The learned advocate representing the applicant has prayed for appropriate direction in this contempt application in view of dismissal of the intra Court appeal.
The learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors has prayed for time since Mr. Bhaskar Prasad Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader is out of station.
