Since it appears that the prayers of the writ petitioner with regard to completion of the process of revision of pension and disbursement of the revised arrear pension have been addressed by the State authorities, WPA 7693 of 2020 may be disposed of on that basis.
Learned counsel appearing for the District Library Officer submits that the revised Pension Payment Order was issued on 15th January, 2021 while the revised arrear pension was issued on 7th October, 2021 and hands up documents to that effect. The documents are kept on record.
WPA 7693 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of in view of the above.
