The matter has come up in the list under the heading “To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the writ petitioner when Mr. Soumyajit Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter. In support of such submission letter dated 26th October, 2021 sent by his client is filed in Court and the same is taken on record.
