It has been submitted by Kamal Mishra, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner that during the pendency of this application, the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground and he is serving in a Group-D post presently in the relevant college.
In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.
Accordingly, WPA 3347 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
