Mr. Niraj Kumar Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed ‘Vakalatnama’ vide filing number 1 dated 16.11.2022 in WPCT 95 of 2022. He further submits that he has received written instruction from his client, wherein she has shown her intention not to proceed with the instant writ-petition and seeks withdrawal of the same.
Office is directed to tag the ‘Vakalatnama’ with the instant writ-petition immediately.
Since the petitioner does not intend to proceed with the instant writ-petition and the respondent did not oppose the aforesaid submission, WPCT 95 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn .
Let the written instruction received by the learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner from his client be kept with the record.
