In spite of giving repeated opportunities to the appellants to remove the defects, the defects have not been removed as yet.
The department has reported that in terms of our Order dated 23rd November, 2021, the defects have not been removed.
In view thereof, the second appeal being SAT 43 of 2018 stands dismissed for non-removal of defects.
All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
