On 11th April, 2022 this bench had directed that steps be taken to record the death of the appellant no. 1 and for substitution of her legal heirs and representatives in her place and stead. Today the appeal has appeared under the heading ‘short hearing matters’.
None appears for the appellants. No accommodation is sought. The respondent nos. 1 and 2 are represented by Mrs. Agarwal.
She submits that no steps have been taken by the appellants for substitution.
Considering the above, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as for default. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
