Mr. Anirban Mitra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties have been settled before the learned Trial Court. The convict applicant before this Court has already paid the entire compensation money and the matter has been disposed of. It is further submitted by Mr. Mitra that he has been instructed by his client not to proceed with the application under consideration.
Under such circumstances, CRR 802 of 2012 is disposed as withdrawn.
The letter of instruction issued by Shankar Prasad Ghosh addressed to Mr. Anirban Mitra, learned advocate for the petitioner and the certified copy of the impugned order are taken on record.
