that during the pendency of the revisional application, there has been compromise between the parties in respect of complaint case being C.S. No.24063 of 2020 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act which is pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10^th Court, Calcutta.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the parties are directed to file their joint affidavit before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10^th Court, Calcutta.

Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10^th Court, Calcutta on receipt of such joint affidavit within a fortnight thereafter would determine the genuinity of the same and invoke the provisions of the Act for dropping/compounding the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 381 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
