This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act wherein the petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay of 443 days in filing the present application for recalling the order dated 13th December, 2022, by which this court was pleased to dismiss the application on the ground of default.
Upon hearing of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds shown in the application, the prayer for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application is allowed.
CRAN 2 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
