The present revisional application was preferred challenging the Misc. Case No. 68 of 2000 and M.R. Case No. 65 of 1988 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Siliguri.
The record of the revisional application reflects that the same is yet to be admitted. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to the maintenance awarded by the learned Magistrate and recovery of its arrears. More than 22 years have passed since such orders were directed by the learned Magistrate.
Having regard to the period which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that there has been complete change of circumstances. Accordingly, no interference is called for by this court.
Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3259 of 2000 is hereby dismissed.
Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
