The petitioner has challenged in this revisional application the order dated 29.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore in connection with Barrackpore Women Police Station Case No. 103 of 2016 dated 16.09.2016. Before this Court, the petitioner has restricted his submission that the documents and copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which have been relied upon by the prosecution in order to prove its case were completely not served upon him. Rest of the prayers has been abandoned by the petitioner.
In view of such innocuous prayer, this Court feels that a direction is required to be passed for supervision regarding the issue of completeness in supplying of the copies which the petitioner is entitled to receive in order to effectively participate in the trial.
