The report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Birbhum through the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State be kept with the record.
The report dated 28th February, 2022 reflects that the supplementary chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.
On perusal of the case diary, I find that there has been search and seizure being effected from the complainant as also report of the BL & LRO.
Having regard to the materials so collected by the Investigating Agency, I am of the opinion that the purpose for which

the petitioner has approached this court has been diluted.
Accordingly, no further investigation need be conducted presently after the supplementary chargesheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court.
Learned Magistrate is directed to take steps for consideration of charges and proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 221 of 2020 is disposed of.
All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional application, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
