Considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet, we deem it appropriate to waive the condition of the order dated January 4, 2022 passed in CRM 7825 of 2021 requiring the petitioners to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Khargram Police Station once a week until further orders.
All other conditions of such order will remain the same.
