A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No. 66 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.
The only contention expressed by the petitioner is against the delay caused in the disposal of the Matrimonial Suit, for the adjournment being granted on the prayer of the opposite party.
No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.
In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in the case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.
