It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that being aggrieved by an order of injunction, this revisional application has been preferred inadvertently before this court against the impugned order. The appeal lies before the first appellate court.
In view of the matter, the petitioner wants to withdraw the revisional application.
In view of the above, C.O. 2320 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner will be at liberty to take back the certified copy of the impugned order.
