Syed Tahseen Huq & Anr. -Vs- Nurul Hasan & Anr.
This matter was directed to appear under the heading “To Be Mentioned” for correction of typographical errors which cropped up in the order dated 15.02.2022 and 16.02.2022 respectively.
In the preamble portion of the orders dated 15.02.2022 and 16.02.2022, the application number was inadvertently recorded as “CAN 1 of 2021” instead of “CAN 1 of 2022”.
Let such errors be rectified.
Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the orders dated 15.02.2022 and 16.02.2022.
Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, be applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
