Due to inadvertence, in the order dated 17th November, 2022, in the 3rd paragraph at page 4 the revisional application number has been wrongly written as “C.O. 1076 of 2020” instead of “C.O. 1076 of 2022” .
Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 17th November, 2022 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
Certified copy of the order dated 17th November, 2022, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
