The contempt application was filed alleging violation of an order dated 17th December, 2003 passed in WP 17758 (W) of 2003. It appears that a Rule was issued on 10th April, 2008.
The matter appeared in the list on 7th July, 2021 and was called twice but no one appeared on behalf of the parties.
