Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has qualified in the Teachers Eligibility Tests (TET), but due to technical glitches, the petitioner could not complete online submission of his application as per direction of the notification dated 23^rd November, 2020.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the petitioner prays for a direction upon the Board to allow the petitioner to submit the application offline so that he can participate in the recruitment process.

Mr. Gupta, learned senior Counsel is also present.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, more specifically narrated in paragraphs 9,10,11 & 13 of the writ petition, I allow the petitioner to submit his form offline within 8^th January, 2021 and to participate in the recruitment process of 2021 subject to fulfilling the conditions of eligibility as per recruitment Rules, 2016.

The writ petition being WPA No. 75 of 2021 is disposed

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are not deemed to have been admitted.
