It appears that this matter has been adjourned on earlier occasions also i.e., on 26.02.2021, 18.01.2021, 14.12.2020 & 17.03.2020 when none has appeared on behalf of the parties.
I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this petition and is deliberately avoiding this Court.
In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA 19373 of 2019 is dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
