Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that because of technical glitches, the petitioner was denied entitlement to get admission in MBBS Course and as the last date of Mop Up Counseling is today, the petitioner prays for a direction upon the State to allow the petitioner to participate in the College Mop Up Counseling.

As there are technical glitches in the admission process, the State is requested to allow the petitioner to participate in the College Mop Up Counseling.

As the last date for College Mop Up is today, with a communication from the advocate on record of the petitioner, the petitioner may be allowed to appear in the College Mop Up Counseling. Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned advocate for the State is also requested to inform the College regarding such Mop Up Counseling.
The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
