The order passed in WP.ST 62 of 2021 shall also be incorporated in this order and this writ application is disposed of in terms of the order passed in WP.ST 62 of 2021.
Since no affidavit has been filed, allegations made in this writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted by the respondents.
