This writ petition is directed against an order dated January 27, 2021 passed by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in Case No. O.A. 400 of 2020 by making the following order :-
”Having heard learned advocates for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no order is passed, save and except the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the advertisement for recruitment of Bana Sahayak and will not resort to employment of casual daily labours replacing the present petitioners who are claiming to be casual labours.”
The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits that the State respondents are disturbing the petitioners from continuing their job as casual labours under the three divisions of Bankura district, namely, Bankura North, Bankura South and Panchayet (Bishnupur) divisions on contractual basis.

The order quoted above clearly restrained the State respondents from making any employment of casual daily labours replacing the present petitioners, who are claiming to be casual labours. If this order is violated, there are provisions in the Act for appropriate remedies. In our view, the order adequately protects the writ petitioners by injuncting the State respondents from making any employment of casual daily labours replacing the writ petitioners.
In view thereof, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the tribunal. In case of any violation of such order, the writ petitioners will be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, thus, disposed of without any order
as to costs.
