We have perused the office note dated 29th November 2021 indicating that despite liberty was granted to put in the deficit Court Fees, the deficit Court Fees has not been put in by the appellant.
In view of the order dated 15th November 2021,
there is no point in keeping the appeal pending.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed.
