Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are certain incurable defects in the petition. In view of the same, the petitioners would like to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application afresh on the self-same grounds.

This order shall not preclude the petitioners from filing afresh an application before this Court on the selfsame grounds.
