No one appears on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called on for hearing. No accommodation is sought.
On the last few occasions that is on 07.04.2011, 09.12.2020, 10.09.2021, 13.09.2021 and 14.09.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners or prayed for any adjournment when the matter was called on for hearing.
It appears that the matter relates to orders passed under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the year 2010. There is a time period of 60 days for which such an order can sustain. Therefore, for all practical purposes, the revisional application has become infractuous.
Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.
