The learned advocate for the petitioners as well as the opposite party submits that the criminal revisional applications being CRR 3328 of 2016, CRR 3353 of 2016 and CRR 3354 of 2016 have been part heard by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
The instant revisional application being CRR 1564 of 2008 arises out of the same cause of action and in order to prevent multiplicity of judgements, the instant criminal revisional application is released from the list of this Court and be placed before the Hon’ble Chief Justice for necessary directions.
