A certified copy of the First Information Report and the charge-sheet as filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.
At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners would not like to press this application and would instead take up all the points raised in this application before the learned trial Court at the appropriate stage.
On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the prayer for quashing of proceeding made on behalf of the petitioners is rejected as not pressed.
However, the learned trial Court shall take necessary steps to conclude the proceeding at the earliest.
With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
