The petitioner has sought for waiver of the condition of bail imposed vide order dated 13.01.2021 in C.R.M. 80 of 2021. The order reflects that the petitioner was released on anticipatory bail subject to the condition under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and on further condition that the petitioner no.2 shall meet the Investigating Officer twice in a week until further orders on and from 15th January, 2021.
Let a report of Investigating Officer be called for about compliance of those two conditions embodied in the said order.
