Leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner to correct the cause title in the application for anticipatory bail by incorporating the particulars of the case as ‘ English Bazar Women Police Station Case No. 28 of 2020 ’ in stead and place of ‘ English Bazar Police Station Case No. 28 of 2020 ’. Necessary amendment to the cause title of the application be made in course of the day.
Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that
effect in the order dated 17th November, 2021.
Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the
parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
