Petitioner seeks relaxation of one of the conditions of bail granted on January 13, 2021.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police filed charge sheet and, therefore, requirement of the petitioner to visit the Investigating Officer twice in a week be waived.
Learned advocate appearing for the State relies upon the instructions dated April 18, 2022. The instructions to the learned advocate appearing for the State does not speak of any adverse so far as the petitioner is concerned.

Considering the fact that police filed charge sheet, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition of bail requiring of petitioner to visit the Investigating Officer twice a week as granted by the order dated January 13, 2021. All other conditions, however, will remain the same.
CRM 234 of 2021 along with CRAN 1 of 2021 are disposed of.
