Learned advocate for the appellants submits that initially the instant appeal was dismissed by this Hon’ble Supreme Court. Thereafter, they preferred an appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. By the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court the instant appeal is appearing after setting aside the order of dismissal.
Learned advocate for the State submits that one day’s accommodation may be granted for preparation. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned today.
