On perusal of the affidavit of compliance, I am of the opinion that the order of the Court has duly been carried out, though at a delayed date, by the alleged contemnor.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed
of.
Needless to mention that in the event the petitioners have any further claim they will be at liberty to approach the authority for redressal of their grievances.
