The Court : It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition was filed with the grievance that certain documents were not being furnished to the petitioner despite his having asked for those under the Right to Information Act, 2005. However, in the meantime, such documents have been furnished to the petitioner by the authorities concerned. As such, learned Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition has been redressed. Accordingly, the matter has become infructuous.
Hence, in view of the submissions made by the petitioner, WPO 77 of 2020 is dismissed as infructuous.
There will be no order as to costs.
