appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has successfully cleared TET 2014 but because of the prevalent pandemic and technical glitches in website the petitioner could not submit relevant documents for verification/scrutiny of the testimonials before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and prays for a direction upon the Board to accept the documents for verification after the prescribed date.
Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate appearing for the Board submits that the prescription being notification no.1915/BPE/2020 dated 23.11.2020 and notice being no. 1991/BPE/2020 dated 29.11.2020 of West Bengal Board of Primary Education is explicit regarding the time frame given by the Board. Any candidate who has failed to

submit his documents within time will not be accepted by the Board.
Heard both the parties.
I do not find any cogent reason why a candidate will not be vigilant enough to submit his documents within time, when such documents were also allowed to be submitted manually before the Board, by way of notice dated 29.11.2020. As such I do not want to interfere with this matter and the writ petition is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on the usual undertakings.
