Cause title of the order dated 02.12.2020 be corrected as follows :
“…read with Section 4/6 of POCSO Act” be deleted.
The words “756 days” in the second line of the first paragraph of the said order be read as “75 days”.
Other portions of the order dated 02.12.2020 shall remain the same.
Department is directed to make necessary correction.
The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
