The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertake to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within forty eight hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

A family dispute is involved in this case. No serious injury is involved. The incident took place on 2^nd July, 2020. No arrest has been made as yet.

Considering the above circumstances, we allow the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM 7468 of 2020 and the interim application filed therein are disposed of.
