Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 400 days and similarly placed accused has been granted bail. The learned Advocate submits that as charge sheet has already been submitted, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes such prayer and submits that the present petitioner is thickly connected with the offence and another accused who is husband of the present petitioner has fled away from the Country.
Having taken into account the nature and manner of commission of offence and the other materials we are of the

opinion that the present petitioner is not entitled to bail at this stage.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail being CRM 6301 of 2020 and CRAN
1 of 2020 are disposed of.
