This is an application for bail under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The order under challenge is dated 28.03.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 400 of 2019 arising out of G.R. Case No. 726 of 2019 arising out of New Jalpaiguri Police Station Case No. 154 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019 for alleged offence punishable under sections 419/120B/465/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having heard learned advocates for the parties and on consideration of the order impugned and the case diary and the gravity of the offence, at this stage of investigation, the prayer for bail is considered and rejected.
