This is a Government Appeal.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits out of four respondents one Munnalal Sonkar @ Munna Mali has expired on 29.01.2025. The other respondents namely Raju Sonkar, Gita Sonkar and Rani Sonkar are alive and the State wants to proceed against the respondents.
The State is requested to serve requisite number of paper books to the respondents and file a report on the next date of hearing.
