By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for

the following substantive reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) :-

“(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the records and proceedings of F.I.R. No. 305 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025 lodged with Bhiwandi City Police Station by the 2^nd Respondent and after going through the legality and validity of the said F.I.R. be pleased to quash and set-aside the same and the subsequent proceedings as against the petitioner.”

submits that the request in the praecipe (X) is for unconditional withdrawal of the Petition. He submits that the said request can be considered in the absence of Advocate Mr. Jaywant Avhad. He submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of this Petition.
