Learned counsel for petitioner filed a Pursis informing that as per order dated 23.9.2024, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- with the office of respondent.

It appears while disposing of the petition it was inadvertently observed that the amount was deposited in this Court be transmitted to the CGIT and EPF Appellate Tribunal at Nagpur. Therefore, last sentence of the order dated 16.10.2025 i.e. “the amount deposited in this Court be transmitted to CGIT and EPF Appellate Tribunal at Nagpur,’ shall be substituted as “the amount deposited by the petitioner with respondent will be disbursed as per final outcome of the appeal”. Accordingly, the order be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
