The present Writ Petition impugns an order dated 10^th February 2022 passed by Respondent No.2 amending the area that was earlier subject matter of the order dated 31^st October 2015, passed by Respondent No.2, in an application by the Respondent No.1 – Society, seeking deemed conveyance.

Mr. Sham Walve, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of Respondent No.1 – Society states that after the filing of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has in fact approached the City Civil Court and filed a Long Cause Suit No. 1709 of 2025, not only impugning the order dated 10^th

On being confronted with this, Mr. Kini, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

Considering this, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state that the City Civil Court shall hear and dispose of Long Cause Suit No. 1709 of 2025 being uninfluenced by this order.
