Learned AGP is producing the order today i.e., on 16.01.2026 which is taken on record by marking Exhibit ‘X’ collectively. In respect of 9 schools, the decision has been taken. It is stated that during the period 14.06.2023 to 15.10.2024, there was abnormal increase in the staffing pattern and, therefore, it has been reverted and in respect of all 9

schools, it is stated that on the basis of the data of the students given on student portal, the reversion has been done and guidance has been sought from the Government in respect of offline Sanchmanyata of the year 2013-2014 and then to be created online from 2014 to 2015.

Learned AGP submits that within a period of three months, the decision on Exhibit ‘X’ will be taken by respondent No. 1. Said statement is taken as undertaking.

In view of the above statement, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 1 to take decision in view of Exhibit ‘X’ within a period of three months from today.
