. Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication dated 17.11.2025 issued by CISF Authorities and also to direct them to give amount as per the entitlement of petitioner to her.

Petitioner contends that she is minor daughter of deceased Pratap Nimaroth. She states that she is the daughter of first wife of deceased Pratap. Now she is residing with her grandmother. Deceased Pratap was serving in CISF unit. Unfortunately, he expired on 23.04.2025 while in service. According to the petitioner, she is entitled for the benefits under Risk Premia Fund (Since March 1981). Now, the children have 15% share in such amount and therefore she made communication to Respondent No. 4. Respondent No. 4 replied on 17.11.2025 that the entire amount

has been given to the parents of deceased Pratap as well as second wife Smt. Nirmala.

Here, it is to be noted that the entire amount is stated to have been paid by Respondent No. 4 may be under the fact that it was not informed to Respondent No. 4 that the deceased was survived with daughter from the first wife. Then the question is in respect of rights of the petitioner as alleged. Now, she will have to agitate said right before the Civil Court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner then seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court. We therefore dispose of the writ petition with liberty as prayed.
