The present application has been filed by respondent No.1 – the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur, seeking extension of time for compliance with the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by this Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during the pendency of the present application, the petitioner's caste claim has been adjudicated and decided by the Scrutiny Committee on 03.06.2026. It is, therefore, submitted that the relief sought in the present application no longer survives for consideration.

In view of the aforesaid statement and as the order sought to be complied with has already been acted upon, nothing further survives in the present application.
