Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Neeraj Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

2. Since the trial has already commenced and statement of
the Victim has been recorded, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and, in any case, conclude the same within nine months from the date on which this order is communicated to it.

4. The Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
